Light Hardware Supplies Ltd is the data controller for personal information submitted through the Handle Collection Studio.
We collect the details you provide when you contact us — name, company, email address, telephone number and any project information included in your enquiry. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, issue quotations and samples, manage trade accounts and fulfil orders. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
We process data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to trade enquiries), contract performance (supplying goods) and, where relevant, consent for marketing communications.
Enquiry records are retained for up to two years. Transaction records are retained for the period required by Irish tax and company law.
Under GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and object to processing. Contact sales@lhs.ie to exercise these rights. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
